Name: Wojciech Mroczyński

Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński has a degree in economics. He graduated from the University of Gdansk, holding a degree in Foreign Trade. Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński also holds International MBA charter, granted by the Central Connecticut State University. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School in Boston. In 1998-2005 Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński held management positions at Mondi Packaging Paper Worldwide SA, a company listed on the WSE. In 2003-2005 he was a Chief Financial Officer at Mondi.

Mr. Mroczyński has been working for AmRest since 2005. In the 2005-2011 he was Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at AmRest.

Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński informed that he is not conducting other activities which are competitive in relation to the issuer, and is not engaged in a competitive company or partnership, as a partner in a civil-law or general partnership or as a member of a governing body of an incorporated company or any other competitive legal person. Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński is not entered in the insolvent debtors register maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Name: Mark Chandler

Joined AmRest in November 2008 as Global Chief Financial Officer. Previously worked as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Waytronix, Inc. (LED technology) and for 23 years at Sara Lee Corporation holding numerous positions in finance, management and operations including roles as Group CFO EMEA and CEO Business Development Europe. Hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Whitman College and MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Name: Drew O’Malley

Drew  O’Malley graduated from Arts in Government faculty on Goergtown Univerity in Washington and MBA on University of Michigan Business School. Before joining AmRest he used to work in McKinsey & Company. He also worked or American Express Company and Citibank.
Drew O’Malley was one of the first employees in AmRest. First he was leading management and sales team, then he worked as Director of Marketing, Director of Czech Operations, KFC President and Managing Director of Starbucks.
